The final whistle for this year’s National Arts Festival in Grahamstown has yet to be blown but organisers are already making game plans to accommodate the Fifa World Cup.

The New Media Lab of the School of Journalism at Rhodes University in Grahamstown, South Africa is the glue behind Cue online. Students of the NML repurpose content from the print edition of Cue, and use digital newsgathering tools and production techniques to generate their own stories in multiple media during the National Arts Festival.
