The Commission for HIV/Aids and Governance in Africa holds its second commissioners' meeting Tuesday in the Mozambican capital, Maputo. Commission Chairman, K.Y. Amoako, argues that the pandemic is changing Africa fundamentally and forever and that we need to take notice.
