"Very credible eyewitnesses who have seen boats crossing the lake from Rwanda" going towards Kalehe and Biraa and Bukavu say they contained Rwandan soldiers, according to the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) ambassador to the United States, Faida Mitifu.
