THE Commissioner of Police, Oyo State, Prince Udom Ekpoudom, has restricted the use of siren in the state to govenor, deputy governor, speaker, the GOC, Director of SSS and the commissioners, thus ruling out the strongman of Ibadan politics, Chief Lamidi Adedibu.
