The Burundi ruling party, CNDD-FDD has nominated Leonce Ndarubagiye as its spokesman. Leonce Ndarubagiye is known in Burundi political scene since 1993. He was nominated as the governor of Maramvya province by president Melchior Ndadaye after Frodebu won the elections in october 1193.
