Fear has gripped residents of Port Harcourt, Rivers State capital as sporadic shootings in different areas of the city by unidentified gunmen continued for the fourth day running, despite the presence of soldiers from the Joint Military Task Force in the Niger Delta, Operation Restore Hope, in the city.
