EXECUTION OF the first phase of the project to harvest tree stumps in the Volta Lake by Clark Sustainable Resource Developments (CSRD) Limited has delayed due to technical problems, the Minister of Railways, Ports and Habours, Prof Christopher Ameyaw Ekumfi has said.
