THE Ministry of Tourism is spending more than sh1b to promote tourism during and after the Commonwealth Summit. Grace Aulo, the commissioner for tourism, said the ministry has started building a cultural village at the Uganda Museum, which will have a tent housing the cultural heritage for each of the ethnic groups in Uganda.
