A high ranking officer of the Angolan Armed Forces (FAA) Col. Carlos dos Santos Francisco was awarded Friday in Lusaka, Zambia, a medal of merit in recognition of his performance in the preparations for the creation of Standby Brigade of the Southern African Development Community (SADC).
