THE Sadc Peacekeeping Brigade was launched at City Airport, a military airbase on the outskirts of Lusaka, last week at a colourful ceremony witnessed by the regional trading bloc's 14 heads of state and government, including President Mugabe, marking a milestone in Africa's quest to take charge of its peace and security.
