Pro-National Conference Organisation (Pronaco), has concluded arrangements for elder statesman, Chief Anthony Enahoro, and Nobel Laureate, Professor Wole Soyinka, to lead its Advocacy Team to militant groups in the Niger Delta, especially those fighting on the side of principle.
