I must begin by appreciating the visionary outlook of our indefatigable governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Professor Chukwuma Soludo...who early this year asserted or declared that Nigeria could become one of the twenty largest industrial economies if the current economic reforms are maintained by the year 2020AD!
