To be charitable to the administration of former President Olusegun Obasanjo, while the energy crisis has survived it the groundwork for the broad power sector reforms was laid by that government. In fact, some would say that if in the next few years the economy is powered by steady electricity supply, Nigerians should not forget to give part of the credit to Obasanjo.
