Hello Can someone relate the new tax law to good governance in Nigeria. Taxation has been utilised as a viable weapon for which citizens of advanced countries hold their leaders for accountability. A good tax law is therefore one which ensure that the payers have the right to ensure that the hard-earned tax-payer money is not swindled like the current trend with oil revenue in NIgeria. Tnx
