The Eritrean Foreign Minister, Mr. Osman Saleh underlined that the threat to peace and security is again hovering over the Horn of Africa due to the failure of the UN Security Council to take punitive action against the TPLF regime, which is posing obstacles to the implementation of the Eritrea-Ethiopia Boundary Commission's ruling.
