The spokesman of the Frodebu party, Mr. Pancrace Cimpaye, is free to move about as he pleases. The Presidency of the Republic made this decision on 6 October. Mr. Cimpaye had been in hiding since 22 August 2007 when the police failed to arrest him at his residence. The General Prosecutor of the mayorship of Bujumbura ordered this attempted arrest.
