THE Uganda Human Rights Commission has asked the Government to pay sh50m to two victims of UPDF torture in Gulu and Lira district. Levi Ebong's son, Robson Akona, was on September 21 tortured to death by soldiers for being in illegal possession of an unlicenced gun.
