After the Organization for the Fight against Corruption and Economic Embezzlement (OLUCOME) and the organisation for the follow up of governmental action (OAG) have expressed their concern over the decision of the executive board of the state-owned telecommunication company (ONATEL) to sign a promise of over 100 million of francs to support free primary education.
