On 22 November 2007, 49 police officers, including 4 women, of the Road Traffic Police (PCR) and the Rapifd Intervention Police have received their certificates after completing a MONUC training programme in road traffic policing. The ceremony took place in Bunia in the presence of Ituri Police chief Rwabona Mugabe and MONUC representatives.
