The dynamics of the plastic arts movement in Angola is still very low, due to difficulties in the acquisition of artistic material, ateliers and other incentives, said Sunday to ANGOP, in Luanda, the secretary-general of the National Union of Plastic Artists (UNAP), António Bastos.
