The president, Mr. Umar Yar Ardua announced, after his meeting with British Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, at the just concluded Kampala Commonwealth summit, that the Nigerian government would invite the British to assist in the transformation of the much-traduced Nigeria Police Force.
