The World celebrated the international day for disabled persons today. In Burundi, the government postponed the celebrations until the end of the week. This day that carries the slogan of â-šdecent jobs to handicapped persons" arrives while the number of disabled persons has increased in Burundi due to the war that spanned for 13 years.
