When we shall say democracy.the USA are the ones who always talk about democracy in this world and now is listining to Kagame who does not want opponents that means no democracy , to avoid a challenger kagame want s to dusty and dirt the group of tutsis and hutus opponents by calling them preperrators of genocide because he knows by spelling genocide he will influence the whole world again to put away his oppenents, so is rwanda doing democratic thing or kagame is becoming dictator, so the international community must and USA MUST NOT JUMP TO A CONCLUSION SAYING FDLR IS NEGATIVE FORCE, NO ,KAGAME MUST ACCEPT TO LIVE WITH HIS OPPONENT IN DEMOCRATIC WAY NOT BY ISOLATING THEM ,ARE THOSE TUTSIS GENOCIDIAIRIES TOO? WHY KAGAME DOES NOT WANT OPPENENTS , IS THAT DEMOCRACY,THEY LIVE OUT SIDE BECAUSE HE DOESN'T LET THEM IN ,SO KAGAME AND THE WHOLE WORLD HAS TO KNOW THAT RWANDA IS NO LONGER ARSTOCRATIC COUNTRY.
