Congo-Kinshasa: One Day Plea By Congolese Women for Equal Representation - United Nations Mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo

A one day plea, initiated by the Permanent Dialogue Framework of the Congolese Woman (CAFCO), for an equal man-woman representation within the National Independent Electoral Commission (CENI) was held on 7 December 2007, in the Palais de Peuple in Kinshasa. The aim is that members of Parliament respect the equality man-woman law in the bill on the CENI.

It's time to wake up ,I am male but my vision for female for me is the for men ,so I would like that most government in Afrika give too much power to women ladies,they have been forgotten ,just because men are so selfishes,we have a big number of educated women and who are capable to handle the presindency, women are very wise then men when it comes to leadershis , i hope one day we will have more than oen women aspresidents in Afrika. That was my comment.
