The $200 000 bearer cheque will cease to be legal tender at the end of the month, new bearer cheques of $250 000, $500 000 and $750 000 will be issued today, and there will be strict enforcement of limits on deposits, Reserve Bank Governor Dr Gideon Gono announced last night.
