Kwara state Governor, Dr. Bukola Saraki yesterday officially commissioned multi million naira Nigeria Stock Exchange (NSE), Ilorin branch with the state government disclosing that its is collaborating with some commercial banks in the state to provide N5billion loans to the teachers.
