Without any doubt, there are powerful foreign interests that do not want the refineries in the country to go into production. All previous happenings around the refineries point this out to any keen observer and it behooves the government to be able to have figured this out with all the advisers and security services at their disposal and carry out necessary pre-emptive action to avoid this situation that points again to ineptitude of the government.
