South Africa: Sallies to Revamp Plant for Rare Earths

FLUORSPAR producer Sallies was re-engineering its plant at Buffalo mine to be able to process both fluorspar and rare earth minerals, Sallies chairman and CEO Tom Dale said yesterday.
