The court of Ruyigi ordered the release of the six persons whom the police arrested in connection with the killing of the French aid worker Agnès Bury. The prosecutor at the Court of Appeals of Gitega rejected the court's decision. He said that he will file an appeal with the Court of Appeals of Gitega.
