The UPDF 2nd division spokesperson, Lt. Kiconco Tabaro, said they were arrested by intelligence operatives on January 15 as they attempted to cross into DR Congo through Bunagana border post. The MRC rebel group operates in the Ituri province and is led by a dissident army general, Kakolere Bwambale.
