President Isaias Afwerki is attending the African Heads of State Discussion Meeting that officially opened in Libya today. The meeting that will discuss issues pertaining to diverse African affairs is also attended by the Heads of State of Libya, Egypt, Gabon, Sudan, Chad, Senegal and Mauritania.
