THE army in Arua has arrested two men from Kampala who allegedly tried to drive a stolen car into the DR Congo. Isaac Muwonge from Nateete and Ivan Shinobi of Bugolobi, were arrested at Vurra Customs Post as they tried to clear a commuter taxi, registration number UAJ 215M into the Congolese town of Aru.
