I am an Aussie having established a burden for somehow "Changing the inequality of education in Rwanda". My name is Pam Connell from Newcastle, Australia.

As an educator I understand the significance of education. As a trained accountant I understand the dollars that takes. As a student studying Global Development and the current needs and changing macro-economic arena toward eradicating poverty ... I applaud this decision and announcement.

Having been a part of HOpe Rwanda two years ago first hand, I am establishing my family now to release me in 2 - 3 years to give of my skills and experience to bring change to education in Rwanda.

I have been on this journey for the past 3 years already, knowing I what to see the change and knew Rwanda was the pro-type for the rest of Africa.

My vision statement is: "TO HAVE A BECAUSE TO GET UP IN THE MORNING".

My mission statement is: "CHANGE THE INEQUALITY OF EDUCATION IN RWANDA FOR THE NEXT GENERATION"

How can I become part of this change? How can I become part of the Pilot Education Initiative. Linguistically I am only english but start next week 2008 at university learning french and am also with Rwandan friends learning Kinyerwanda.

Help me develop my 3 year plan to be in Rwanda by 2011 and part of this pilot. By the way, Primary education is the place for change not secondary.

Also I am already part of an initiative in implementing an early childhood system into Rwanda with Michelle Shaw of Australia and the Kigali education office.

Please respond as this is a serious investor into Rwanda's future. Already have close friendships/contacts in media with Rwanda Television and Business/Finance Manager of World Vision, Kigali.

Would love a response and acknowledgement of my email.

best wishes Pam
