It is impossible to misinterpret a crystal clear "Algiers Agreement,"signed between Ethiopia and Eritrea. The EEBC job, ruling and demarcation finalized, the UN's duty was to enforce the law,and castigate the country that breaks it,at the same time with the mission accomplished it should withdraw its peacekeepers out and leave. There is no logic or rationalization for the UN to act imperious by interpreting, changing, rewriting, perpetuating open and shut cases. The Security Council members should heed, the colonial era is long gone, and people everywhere in Africa are conscious socially, politically and economically to discern their friends and enemies. The UN should stop emblazoning its injustices and failures and start serving the many members who depend on it to fight hunger, disease, illeteracy, bring lasting peace and harmony among neighboring states, anything less would be damaging to its already eroding credibility which is moving at a warp speed.
