Confusion is said to have engulfed the Saboba branch of the Ghana Red Cross Society (GRCS), and some citizens of the area, over an allegation that the officer in charge of Red Cross in the district, Mr. Henry Kolan, had diverted relief items meant for victims of last year's flood.
