I hear you Sister. I think it is just all about numbers. I am an Australian woman, and I watch while my soul holds its breath. Whoever it is who wins, let us hope that the world is a better place because of their election. Let us hope that despite years of hidden corruption, election tampering and war-mongering, there is still such a thing as "Democracy" in the United States. I hope he wins because I want to believe that change is still possible. I will worry for him, because anyone who cannot be bought and sold will be in grave danger, but without him there will only be more of the same. May he build a rainbow bridge back to Africa and be the One we have all been waiting for.

I think what Obama wants to do is great but theres just one thing that i really do not like about him and thats the fact that he does not pledge the flag. Someone who is going to be in total control of our Country does not pledge the flag think about what comes to your mind when you think about I know what comes to my mind lots of things. He should honor our flag. I believe in what he says in stuff but he should honor and pledge the flag like every other president and do it not because people want him to but do it because its OUR FLAF!!!!!

Why should it be required that anyone should have to pledge their allegiance to a flag??? It is a piece of cloth. Is swearing your allegiance to a flag the same as pledging alliance to your country?

Besides lots of people don't pledge allegiance to the flag due to religious or philosophical reasons. So what's good for you may not be necessarily good for others. Doesn't mean they are less American.

Black people in Africa have proved that they are inadequate at goverment and organisation. Obama should run for office in kenya his fathers home country if he thinks he is so great a leader, truth be told he is a nobody who has done nothing. There are 10 million white men in the US who can and will do a better job, for the country that there ancestors created.
