FIERCE opposition yesterday trailed the nomination of chairman of presidential election petition tribunal justice, James Ogebe as a Supreme Court Justice by President Umaru Musa Yar'Adua with Transition Monitoring Group (TMG) calling on the senate to step down confirmation of the nominee.
