CEMAC ought not give Chad nothing to repair parts of the capital; that's right, let President Derby get it from France since they are his "masters" and the one he serves. Pres. Derby has a heart so big that he can release 6 French criminals that were lawfully convicted in court for attempting to kidnap and smuggle more than a hundred healthy children out of the country. They had no fines to pay; they just got away free. Pres. Derby foolishly says since the children never left the country he see no reason to imprisoned the French so-called aid workers(kidnappers). Tell Derby the French should pay. They got enough euros since they get loads of African raw materials on the cheap. What about the earlier successful flight(s); where are those children - where are they Mr. Derby? Do you even care? CEMAC should not spend good money for bad politics. Pres. Derby created this backlash of anger from the Chadian people and they should exact the due form of "peoples justice" upon his very hide.
