CEMAC ought not give Chad nothing to repair parts of the capital; that's right, let President Derby get it from France since they are his "masters" and the one he serves. Pres. Derby has a heart so big that he can release 6 French criminals that were lawfully convicted in court for attempting to kidnap and smuggle more than a hundred healthy children out of the country. They had no fines to pay; they just got away free. Pres. Derby foolishly says since the children never left the country he see no reason to imprisoned the French so-called aid workers(kidnappers).
