The Secretary-General of the Pan African Writers' Association (PAWA), Prof. Atukwei Okai has, on behalf of the continental body, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the German Writers' Union (GWU) which, among others, seeks to promote African and German literature as integral parts of world literature.
