Election petition tribunal, sitting in Umuahia, Abia state will today deliver judgment, in the petition filed against Governor Theodore Orji by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate in the April 14, 2007 gubernatorial poll, Chief Onyema Ugochukwu.
