A ministerial delegation led by the Planning officeholder, Ana Dias Lourenço, left the Angolan capital (Luanda) this Wednesday for Lusaka, Zambia, to attend, on Thursday and Friday, the meeting of the council of ministers of the Southern African Development Community.
