Iapplaud Annang and all the negotiators from both sides of this conflict for a job well done. Now that it is up to the members of parliament to draft and pass the necessary bill(s)I want to urge them not to hurry unduly. They have got to take their time and do it right the first time. Kenya and indeed all Africa can not afford a relapse into mayhen and anarchy which is exactly what will happen if this historic deal is not meticulously tied together.
