Why would Ethiopia buy arms, tanks, war-planes, military hardwares with billions of dollars a year and wage wars against it's own people & it's neigbours, when millions of Ethioians have been starving to death for decades? The only nations and enterprises who are making billions of dollars of profit from decades of Ethiopian famine are Ethiopian politicians & their political allies in the Western and Eastern world. So much for crockodile tears!
