The army has been forced to reduce its annual recruitment due to what is described as "perennial under-funding", it has been learnt.

i am sure now all this Army is capable of is defend their master only and not the Nation. Someone has to pprove me wrong.
Since when does lack of funding get in the way of Mugabe's terror muscle? What ever happened to the good ol' fashion tradition of printing more money? (http://allafrica.com/stories/200803031777.html)
they have tried to speak on behalf of their master but now that is all coming to an end come Mar 29 2008
