The future of cricket in Cameroon lies in schools as witnessed during the launching ceremony of the 2008 season of the Cameroon cricket federation. Thousands of youths from some 12 secondary schools in the nation's capital, thronged the playground of Lycée General Leclerc in Yaounde, to take part in a mini cricket tournament last Saturday, March 8, 2008.
