They go armed with bags of rice and a pre- written request for the president to change the constitution to prolong his disastrous rule. This pre-written resolution is given to one of the villagers to read and thereafter it is given to the local government appointee who forwards it to the Presidential Palace. This then becomes the request of the people for the president to amend the constitution. This is the callous fraud ochestrated by those in govenment to change the law of the land.
