Rwanda must agree to have a talk with his people ,those are rwandese not kongolese and kagame has to accept their return unconditionally, and the un ,international community has to be impartial not to be sided rwnda goverment, because ,the liste which kigale has given show the unfairness of kagame and his unwillingness to let those people to go back home , so how can you list all refugees to be genocidaires ,we know well kagame did kill thousands of rwandese too tutsis and (hutus younger from 15 years old up to fifty years old , why the international still blind till today ,we all know among refugees we have some who are soldiers, and we know that not everybody (hutu )did killing, most of them are innocent is just th e revenge which kagame is doing and the fear of those who will come to oppose him in that country ,I am condemn all western country who want ,kongolese population to suffer nd die with their stupid system of disarming those guys forcely,by ignoring that it is congolese lives in danger if they attack the FDLR,WE KNOW THAT THEY SIGNED IN ROME SOMETHING WHICH WAS BENEFIT TO BOTH SIDE BUT BY NO REASON ,NO BODY WANT TO HEAR FDLR,ESPECIALLY WESTERN , BECAUSE THEY WANT TO EXTERMINATE THE CONGOLESE POPULATION OF NORTH AND SOUTH KIVU SO THEY CAN GET THE RESOURCES, NOW I SAY NO WE DON'T WANT THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY ,UN MONUC,GOV OF CONGO TO USE FORCE TO DISARM ,THE HAVE TO NEGOTIATE TO AVOID THE KILLING OF MY PEOPLE MY CONGOLESE POPULATION.
