A delegation of MONUC visited Moba-300 km South of Kalemie-on 14 March 2008 and noted that the situation on the ground is calm despite a few tracts that were spread around last week in that city calling the people to demonstrate against MONUC that is accused of favoring the return of non-native populations to the region.
