The Permanent Secretary (PS) in the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (MFDP), Serwalo Tumelo, has said that as a result of the ongoing implementation of the Ministry's approved organizational and functional structure, which started June 2007, some new positions within the MFDP had already been filled.
