before we go too far, who has the right to kill? the state or individuals? this is just an eye for an eye
what massage does this death row send to the nation, to me this sound like some people have the right to kill, any other words killing is legal. human right as a fundamental right no one(state nor individual) has the right to take life. as a normal nation we have to change this cruel and inhuman punishment. yours in yoke
